This Terms of Purchase applies to and owned and operated by Deevotion of Sweden AB (556879-7855), Box 33, 601 02 Norrköping, Sweden (hereinafter referred to as “Deevotion of Sweden”). By making a purchase or visiting our website and using our services, you agree to these terms of use. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms before using our site. According to Swedish law, Deevotion of Sweden does not accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to deny or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).

When ordering, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified at the time of purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you need to contact our customer service regarding the purchase. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt for having completed the purchase. When you place an order, it also means that you accept our terms of purchase and delivery as well as our Privacy Policy .

In cooperation with Payson, we offer invoice payment, part payment, card payment and direct payment. By submitting information at checkout, you agree to Payson’s terms and conditions by clicking “Finish Purchase” and agree to Deevotion of Sweden’s terms of purchase and delivery and Privacy Policy .

The invoice is sent via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. The invoice has a maturity of 14 days. No invoice fee will be added. If you want a paper invoice with mail or longer payment time, you can choose it as an alternative during the purchase process. In case of delayed payment, a payment reminder is sent whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 is added. You can choose to split your payment into 3, 6, 12 or 24 months and you will see what your monthly cost will be. If you choose this option, all your purchases will be collected on a monthly invoice. Payson offers secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard. No card fees apply. No card details are stored with us, but they are stored with our partner Payson. Card payments use a 3D-Secure technology that is a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online. Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. Payson is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure card data management.

All prices on Deevotion of Sweden’s website are reported including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, please contact us before the purchase to arrange so that VAT will be deducted on the payment page. Please note that if an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, any import duties and taxes may apply, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Deevotion of Sweden has no control over these fees, and because these fees are different for different countries, Deevotion of Sweden cannot predict their size. Deevotion of Sweden recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders made in someone else’s name without their consent will be notified. Deevotion of Sweden reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, this may cause Deevotion of Sweden to cancel the purchase and repay the current amount in the best possible way. The customer has the right of exchange in the form of an open purchase and can choose to return an item within 30 days of the order being received. This right applies only on condition that the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as upon reception. If the customer exercises the right to return an item, the customer should contact Deevotion of Sweden to get an address to send the item to. If an item is damaged during transport to the customer, Deevotion of Sweden should be contacted within 30 days for compensation information.

We cooperate with Postnord (for deliveries within Sweden) and UPS (for deliveries abroad). The normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from the date of order within Sweden. When your order is available for pick-up at the delivery point, you will be notified of this via SMS, e-mail or via an avi, or it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Our goal is to send all orders we receive before 3 pm the same day, otherwise the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the place of residence due to the shipping companies’ shipping times. If a product is out of stock or if delivery is to remote locations, the delivery time may be longer. Deliveries outside the EU can also delay the final delivery due to a customized process. Deevotion of Sweden offers free shipping and no shipping costs are added when ordering. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes charged when your package reaches your country.

Deevotion of Sweden has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images on watches, watch straps and bracelets and other accessories and informational texts are intended to give as accurate and realistic a picture as possible of the products. However, we reserve the right for any errors that may occur on the site and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct appearance. The pictures should only be seen as illustrations. The quality of images may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer.

We at Deevotion of Sweden want you to be happy with your product. Of course, if a product is incorrectly dispatched or incorrectly manufactured, we are responsible for the return postage. Should you have a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will help you solve the problem. If you choose to return the product on your own, we will only be responsible for the part of the shipping cost that it had cost us. Deevotion of Sweden will pay the shipping costs if and when the new product is sent to you. You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your purchase for up to 14 days after you receive the item. This means that the day you received the package home / been notified that the product is available for pick-up from your local postal agent is counted as day 1. We only accept returns that are unused and sent back in their original packaging in original condition with any labels and tags left. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us via e-mail under the tab Contact and send a clear message about your decision to cancel your purchase. We will then contact you for information regarding the return.

Refunds will only be made once we have received the product back from you and approved the return. Only then can a refund be made via Payson. The warranty period for Deevotion of Sweden watches is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch as such (clockwork, glass and case). Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover: battery, glass, bracelets, other embellishments (including water damage) as a result of poor maintenance, accidents, normal wear or incorrect use of the watch. Covered by the warranty, your Deevotion of Sweden watch will be repaired or replaced. Save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your guarantee. Please note that costs will be charged for repairs / returns in the following cases (this also applies during the warranty period):

Deevotion of Sweden’s liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with applicable delivery terms for the relevant delivery and what follows from these terms. Our liability to you for any losses or damages arising from your order is limited to the total amount of your order. Deevotion of Sweden has no responsibility for indirect losses. We reserve the right for errors to occur on the website. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to product specification and any written errors on our website and in advertisements.

When you shop on our website, we will save some of your personal information for you to complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and if any information is incorrect you may have it changed or deleted. Swedish law applies to these terms and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Website, except to the extent that Deevotion of Sweden voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer / user in his or her domicile .
